The good news is that I did not eat a donut. (Notice the coffee cup without the donut beside it???)
I have actually weened myself off of McDonalds, donuts and muffins. Why these particular foods? Because they are all loaded with sugar, it is pretend food, and once you have one, you will have another and another and another. Cheesecake is also on this list but you aren't presented with a cheesecake every day so that one isn't as difficult.
It would be good if I tried to go a week without sugar again, but that would be excruciating.
