I am not going carb free, but I am going carb free-ish. If I can stand it...
My friend asked me to try this for one month and it can't hurt. I am taking out pasta, bread and rice which still leaves plenty of carb options in a day. It just takes out the high processed, low fibre junk. We will see how my body handles it.
I'm craving a gorgeous piece of multi grain as I type this!!!!!
