WOW! The pity party definitely took its toll. I gained almost 4 pounds this week! I weighed in at 235.2. On top of the food, I also think my fitbit messed with me a bit. I would see good results and I think I was not paying attention to my food as much because I was thinking - "I am so mobile. I am so good."

I am going to move my client lunches and dinners to coffees.
I am going to stop the online dating. I don't need to concentrate on anything except getting my health back and moving in the right direction.
it's a new week tomorrow! kick it off well and keep it going ... we will walk to the dads' on tuesday night again :)
