Friends are good

Thanks to Penny and Tim for showing up to run the hill at the Tan with me. The before picture looks pretty smiley but the after picture is looking a little tired.

My workout schedule is a little all over the place at the moment. I need to get back on a schedule and get organised. The Saturday sprints is great but spring carnival is going to mess this up a little bit. Treading on Thursdays. More walking. But lets face it, that is not enough. I need to be getting my heart rate up every day and I have been slacking. I need to get my weights schedule going again. Tomorrow is walking so I will also do the weights. DONE!
