There is a long weekend coming up in Australia and I couldn't think of anything to do. Should I go out of town? Go to the races? Some of my friends are on holiday so who is around?
And then this idea came to me - why don't I spend the weekend doing a fat-camp-like-type-three days?
5-7 hours of exercise
diet of exact fat camp proportions
DONE!!!!!
I need to plan this out!
I am going to start on Friday night.
