I didn't get the fitbit because I didn't really think it would motivate me but it does. As I was walking around the CBD today, I was going to hop on a tram to get me 5 blocks very quickly. I looked down and say my fitbit and thought...no, I'll just walk it. It wil be very interesting to see if this type of motivation keeps working.
I also did some weight circuit today.
I also went to tennis lessons.
I just had a pretty, darn good day today.
Kept it going!
