very, very sick feeling

Since I had stopped running I was missing the beautiful Tan. I got an idea a few weeks ago that I would go back once a week and do sprints up the hill. So, this is what I talked Penny into on a cloudy Saturday morning.

Smiling BEFORE we start
Sprint to the top of the hill
Walk down
10 squats
10 pushups
10 walking lunges
20 seconds plank

Three times

That took us about 15-20 minutes. Now we had another 15 minutes to just do sprints. I had never done more than three times up the hill.  I was BARELY able to make it another 3 times and my body was well and truly protesting. I honestly didn't think I would get down without getting sick but I did.

And Penny is willing to try it again on another day.
