Once a week, we are having kangaroo sausages. It is like eating regular sausage but it is really, really lean. You get two for about 120 calories! Throw them on the barbie and you have a low cal dinner.
Friday night is PIZZA NIGHT! We find small pita breads for about 80 calories and then top with veggies and low fat mozzarella. Each pizza is about 100 calories.
While I was in Chicago, Scab taught be this little trick of having cut up pineapple in the fridge. When I get hungry, I can have a few squares of pineapple and it tastes like candy. I love it.
