C25K kicked my ass

So, my couch to 5 k was:
5 min warm up walk
1 min run x9
1.15 min walk x8
5 min cool down

I ran at a 8km/hr pace and it kicked my ass.
I wanted to give up about half way through but I just thought there is nothing you can't do for one minute!
