Some motivational tips

Michelle gave an interesting lecture today on motivation and I thought I would share a bit.  The two things that really stand out are:

 - When we don't want to do exercise, we have to remember...we don't have to do it.  WE GET TO DO IT!  I love this.  It goes back to my old saying, there will come a day I can not run, today is not that day.  Own it.  Be grateful.



  - The second thing was that we get frustrated when we get on the scale.  She reminded us of what was the real expectation?  That was interesting.  I am really going to think about that one.
