BL Tip of the Day

Do NOT drink your calories.  No juice, milk, or pop.
Water or herbal tea only.

Don't even think about alcohol.

  1. Excuse me? Ask them if they heard of something called "Miller Lite"! It has only 96 calories, contains vitals plant nutrients, and is very refreshing.
