just a quick share....

Getting ready for bed this evening and I had a banana that was on the desk that I hadn't eaten as one of my snacks.  So, I thought, I'll just eat it now even though I am not hungry.

I ate half and could NOT eat the second half.  I had to throw it away.  Could not possibly finish 1/2 a banana.

Could SOMEONE please remind me of this when I am STARVING and need a second dinner before bed?  Could someone remind of this just every day?
