Friend Support - Steve
Steve has met doing both dry July AND tracking food and work outs. Steve is a task master in this experiment but it has been great to be challenged!
One of the things I am really enjoying is that once a week you have to do a personal best (PB) with your workout. My trainer has gotten into this and is helping me accomplish it. This week was to plank longer.

Friend Support - Penny, Nick and Lisa
Today is a COLD Melbourne day and yet, Penny, Nick and Lisa all met at the Tan for a cold walk and catch up after. If it weren't for them meeting me, I wouldn't have made it out of the house this morning. Penny and I did the Anderson hill three times so that is a good workout. It was also just great to catch up.

Friend Support - Geoff
Thanks Geoff Balmer who helped me from Sydney. He was absolutely gorgeous in his supportive texts all day long. No better way to explain it then let you read our texts - it was a great day. Actually, all friends should just pick a day to support each other this way. We had a lot of laughs.

Friend Support - Kate
Spent Saturday with the Molloy family for some great natural activity and healthy eating. We decided to introduce the kids to geocaching and went on walks through some great parks down past Geelong. GREAT day. Kate ended with a taco dinner with LOTS of fresh veg!

its the other knee
I can't bend my left knee. I can barely walk. I have no idea if this is from the running I did last week or something else. But exercise is basically, off the table. I know...I can swim. I know!!!! I just hate having to do my hair. And being bored in the water.
If anyone in my family is reading this, will you get me a water ipod for my birthday?
And a hairdresser to come and do my hair every day?
So, this is putting the pressure on me to eat really well because I can't count on activity to keep the weight off. Walking with very supportive shoes. Swimming.

crackers are evil
So far my friends are doing great checking in with me. I am getting a lot of support but I am still on my own a bit and yesterday, crackers were my downfall. I am also having trouble getting back into exercise. My body is ragged.
What can I do?

Sunday Weigh In
Super frown day.
Weigh in today was 250.0. I am back to my start of year pre fat camp weight. The last two weeks of FY end were full of lunches and dinners but the next few weeks are good. No excuses.
AND...the trams are down for two weeks so I may just walk to and from work every day. That is 10k/day. Maybe a new habit will be formed.
My knee is toast.

Did I email you?
I definetly need help. The spiral continues. So I have reached out to so many people and said pick one day in July - ANY DAY and help me with my weight loss. Maybe meet me for some exercise. Or send me recipes. Or just txt me a few times to see how I am doing.
Starting 1 July about half of my days are taken.
My friend Steve has also said I need to do Dry July so that is a good thing.
Today the Pookeys and Lee are meeting me at the Tan and Kate is making a healthy dinner.
I feel like July could be a good segue into a health August.
