Friend Support - Steve

Steve has met doing both dry July AND tracking food and work outs. Steve is a task master in this experiment but it has been great to be challenged!
One of the things I am really enjoying is that once a week you have to do a personal best (PB) with your workout.  My trainer has gotten into this and is helping me accomplish it.  This week was to plank longer.
