Mid May and it is still like we are in early March! I am loving this weather!
Even though my breathing is still labored, I just couldn't sit inside today and got out to take Sugar around Albert Park Lake. The day was glorious!
On a separate note the Assaraf program is going slow. I am suppose to listen every day but I am really only finding time on the weekends. I will try every day going forward.
Today we had to do three short term goals - things that could be accomplished in 30 days.
1 - # of pounds that I will lose - Goal is 4 pounds. I can lose 4 pounds in 4 weeks.
2 - Emotional goal - Goal is to be happy and energised by being on this program and being successful.
3 - Skill goal - I am not 100% sure what he meant, but I have put that I will do push ups 3 times every week.
