Sunday Weigh In

Due to my travels, last week was the first time I have skipped a weigh in, in a long time. Maybe since I started this whole thing? But it was back on today and I FEEL light and I FEEL strong. I weighed in four pounds lighter than a few weeks ago! I had french food last night!!!  But, no dessert. I have been having a lot of soup now that the weather is getting cooler. I think I will go to the store and get more soup options.  (I made lentil and split pea this week - delicious.)

Also, I am very intrigued about this Assaraf program and if it is going to help me. If nothing else, it does keep you mindful.

So YEA!!!!  Down four pounds.
