As I start to run again, I want to use a phone app to track my runs.
Penny uses Nike Running Club.
Tim uses Strava.
So, I used both and NRC is so much better than Strava - by a lot!
It is using the same map so I dont understand how the data can be so different.
The great news is that my goal today was 2.0kms and I did 2.65 AND ran a 11.53km. THAT IS AWESOME. That is just about the speed I was at when I was running previously. My goal in the back of my mind is a 9 minute km which would give me a 3 hour half marathon.
A shorter goal is to increase my run time over my walk time and Cake by the Ocean is a 4.22 minute song! Yea me!
It was also just a really beautiful day. Great day to be out for a run.
