Three weeks after starting my morning ritual of a glass of water when waking up and 1 pushup every morning, how am I doing? GREAT!
The glass of water goes big or small depending on my mood.
The pushups have gotten harder and increased to 6 per day.
Putting these reminders on my bathroom mirror has been a really great reminder for when my brain isn't quite working at 100%! :) My goal is just to get through March with no days skipped. April I may start some new goals to up what I am already doing.
