I made a commitment to exercise even if I was traveling. So, I brought my clothes last week and did my running program while I was gone. Yes...the SMALLEST room for a gym ever. It was a hotel room that they threw the equipment into but it didn't stop me. I got on the elliptical and had a good workout.
This was my longest go and the shortest time so that was great. I made it to 2.43km. According to my chart, I should be in the 3km total just about each run. So, I need to step it up to about 30 minutes.
