I did something very adult this week and something that was really good for my body.
I was going out for lunch with some client and normally I would order a cheeseburger and it tastes DELICIOUS and is my favorite thing. But while I was at the pub I remembered how I felt the last time I ate one.
SICK.
SICK to my stomach.
So, I stopped and asked myself, "what can I order that won't make me sick?" instead of "what do I feel like?" I order the Japanese Chicken Salad and dreamt about the burger. But I did feel lighter after lunch.
And then I found this -
I couldn't believe I found this right after I had made the decision. So I felt so much better about my adult decision.
