How goes the half marathon training?

Slow.
Thanks for asking. :)
I actually slowed my times down today and did a 15.45km.  Usually my mile is quicker than that!  But I do think my times will be better off of the elliptical - not to worry.

Also, I was just happy to get back into it.
And most important...I haven't had ANY knee problems by:
 - running on the elliptical
 - running every other song
 - not going full out for an hour (small increments)

I'd like to more up to a 2km run next week.
