Does it really work this quickly?

WOW!!! I just did the ab workout after having a break and I did it so easily! 

Last week, I followed the plan and then had to stop as I literally could not sleep through the night as the pain in my abs kept waking me up.  I decided to give my abs a few days rest and start again today.

Last week I had to do the 15 situps in 3 set increments. Tonight I just whizzed through them.  Can it really work that quickly? I am still going to just to day 1 all this week. But, I am back in it to win it. YES!
