So, Monday I am starting a CRAZY program. Ok...it is not that crazy but I am going to start substituting much of my cardio with weights. I do think I need to try something different and I am hoping this will do it. I need more muscle to burn fat. I also think as Lisa said a month ago, I just need to get out of my rut.
It also helps the my roommates, Andrew and Mitchell, are going to do the program with me as well.
