Did you every have one of those mornings when you step on the scale and you are expecting it to be absolutely terrible because I know what I ate on Tuesday and Thursday? And no amount of good eating and exercise should count towards anything this morning when I stepped on that contraption that was only put on earth to cause me pain and misery?
I was down .2 pounds [.05k].
And I will take it because a loss is a loss.
So, I had four weeks of super bad.
Now I am going to have four weeks of super good!
