Back on track

I know it is no secret that I have been eating and drinking my way through spring carnival.  I will have my official weight in tomorrow but I suspect I have put on 5 lbs. [2.2k]  And, I really have no excuses other than I was having fun and it was SO EASY to just enjoy myself and NOT WORRY about every little calorie I was shoving in my gob.



I did pay attention to certain things AND some things I gave up while other things I indulged.  Now, it is time to pay for those indulgences.

So, today I did get up and start my journey to the end of the year.  I want to lose 10 pounds [4.5k] by the end of the year and I will need to be super good - which I can be.  This morning I was at the Tan and running and tomorrow I plan on running Albert Park Lake which is a 5k.  I am on track.
