Goals are dreams that you write down

I did well on the scale this week and I FINALLY broke through past the 20kg mark!  It seems to have been hovering for forever!  So, my next goals are:

1 April - Run the 5.2kg Run for the Kids
5 May - 50 lbs /23kg
12 May - zero land! (under 100kg)

I am just under my target goal of 1 pound/.45kg per week.  Doing well always is an incentive isn't it?
