I know that getting a healthy 8 hours of sleep aids in weight loss. The reality is we don't really know why but there is so much scientific evidence on sleep and weight, it is silly not to get your sleep in when you are being healthy.
I have really been trying to sleep by 9:30 or 10pm every night so I can get up for gym relaxed and at my maximum. But, since fat camp, for the first time in my life, I am having awful nights of tossing and turning.
Most nights I am my normal self, totally passed out and snoring away.
But, I am 1-3 nights a week tossing and turning. I don't know what to do.
I just want a good nights rest.
