She's Running, She's Running

I got back on the C25K program and I couldn't remember my start pace so I went to 9km/hr.  And, I couldn't keep up the pace.  That is the bad news.

The good news is that my bursa on my hip stayed in place or uninflammed or whatever it does so it doesn't cause me pain.

Tomorrow morning, I will do the C25k at an 8km pace.  I think that is a 37.5 to complete the 5k which I could TOTALLY live with.  But could someone who did not go to Lombardi Jr High School do the math for me because I honestly can't figure it out.
