An apple a day

In order to get the boys I work with to stop eating McDonalds, chocolate and chips in front of me, I brought in a big of apples.  The first one up was big, bad Barry.

Way to go Kabazza.  Roachy had one a little later and Dylan and Joel made fun of him.  So that is what it has come down to???  If a guy has an apple instead of cheetos, he is not cool?  Buttheads.

Gangsta!

Just like in zumba, I do not look cool in Hip Hop class.

I look like I am nursing my arm instead of dancing.  Even surrounded by white, suburban Australians, I have no street cred.

When does it show up?

Well, I am down the same 2 pounds [1kg] that I keep gaining and losing for the past three months.  Since you know I had a bad day yesterday, it brings up the question AGAIN...when does your weight show on a scale?  When do 7 Tim Tams register as .

Saturday was not a model day

I won't even get into what happened at the races.

It ended with me eating a half of a package of Tim Tams.
They were really, really good.

More office support needed

There are two major food issues happening by going back into sales:

1 - I share an office with seven guys who drink and eat with zero care factor.  Example - pizza, potato chips and red wine while Joel and Dylan work on a proposal.

2 - The client breakfast, lunches and dinners are inescapable.  I am going to need a new plan to combat all of this bad food.

Contacts vs Glasses

As I get older, I don't like wearing my contacts everyday.  I like to give the eyes a rest, but exercising with glasses can be gross.

I ran with glasses on a few days ago and being spring the bugs were out.  Well, it was like driving a car in the country!  I had to wipe the dead bugs from my glasses as I go!  GROSS!

I could not be more proud

The girls ran their first race this weekend, the Frank Lloyd Wright Mile. [1.6k]

Erma ran her mile in 8.1 minutes!   WOW!  She came in 6th place for 3rd graders.
Willa ran her mile in 9.8 minutes which is awesome for a 1st grader.

How are they so fast?  SO PROUD!
