I'm not sure.
At the races yesterday, I drank 3 drinks. It should have been 0.
I was very good with my meals but just ate so many sweets! SO MANY!!!!! My sugar addiction is crazy.
On the way home, I was hungry and in the past I would have stopped off for a burger and I REALLY wanted a burger.
But, I thought, no. I need to keep it together. Today wasn't great but make a small, good decision.
I had bowl of corn flakes with a banana.
