Bronchitis
So, I have bronchitis. Absolutely no working out his week but eating pretty well. I am not even looking at the scale. I am just trying to feel better. I haven't been able to take a full breath in over a week!
I'm back to the gym on Monday.
Possibly walking the Tan on Saturday.
Just trying to be good and get better.

Monday Motivation
I was going to put up something about Mary for mothers day and motivation Monday and then I saw this.... and I had to post. I am a big one for talking lately and not enough doing. I need to cowboy up!!! :)

This is what a night at the ballpark does to your diet....
1 hot dog
1 cheeseburger
1 lemonade with no lemon and 8 pounds of sugar
peanuts
cracker jack
popcorn (which tasted awful so at least I threw it out before eating the whole thing)
a few of my moms nacho chips without cheese - I had to draw a line
a few bites of my moms vanilla ice cream
Still sick so living off of hot water with lemon and honey.
Not looking forward to the scale at all!!!
