I was 2 hours and 1 minute which was 2 minutes higher than I wanted. I'll take it!
I hit highs on all of my previous runs according to Nike! This is incredible that during my longest run I also had my fastest mile, my fastest kilometer and my fastest 5km during the 10km.
The only bad thing...I am laying here with my ankles in absolute pain. The new orthodics did nothing. Considering I need to run this every week, I dont know how I will get them repaired enough every week to do the big runs.
