I don't say this often but I am scared for Saturday's run

I didn't pull up well on Wednesday night and it was difficult and it was only 3kms!!!!


How in the heck am I going to complete 10km?
And how am I going to pull up?  This will be the first REAL test of the new orthodics.
Fingers crossed.
10km - half of a half!!!!
