I really did a good job of getting up early and getting it done. It took about 90 minutes. I pulled up ok. My cardio was fine. It really is getting my knees and ankles right. My ankles were sore for another 48 hours.
9km in a fortnight.
10km by 26 June (which is a Friday so really, it is 22/6)
