One of my new strategies from Heather is that I am allowed a dessert/treat every day. I can schedule in up to 300 calories. In general, I am having a 80 calorie Carmello Koala but it could be larger. But...it absolutely has to be at night.
If I want a donut, I need to wrap it up and have it for dessert.
Going for icecream? Get it to go and have it after dinner.
This is suppose to help with two of my issues:
1 - I need to control my need for instant gratification.
2 - It ensures that I am controlling my sugar.
I've made it one day!!!! :)
