James, my physio, has told me in no uncertain terms that I can not be a weekend warrior. In other words, I have to start running (a weee bit) during the week as well. So, this past week I did bring my running gear to Sydney and did accomplish a treadmill run for 20 minutes.
It was empowering to bring my workout gear and actually use it!!! :)
Starting this week, I need to start 5kms but I am so lazy today. urgggg.....
