Monday Motivation

I have been really working on goal setting.  Specifically, my sister and I have been sharing some of this over the past two weeks.  Today I listened to a podcast on breaking down a goal.  It was really good and I think I will be leaving goal pyramids all over the place!


My goal for this year - lose 43 pounds by 24 December 2019.
What do I need to do to do that?
What do I need to do?
That is the goal pyramid I am working on today!
And then I have to go for a run!!! ;)
