After 10 weeks with Heather I am still doing the up and down.
Now, she thinks this is a down so I will take it!
I'm doing a pretty good job of putting EVERYTHING into the food diary. So, when you take your client to lunch in Sydney....
Here is the damage:
1 bottle of french champagne (share)
2 glass of sticky
fish starter (high protein, very low calories)
pasta (starter size)
cheese plate (share)
good news - no sugar, small portions
But I do put it all in the diary which when you are putting it in feels like a confession!
