New pain

I have a new horrendous pain in my left leg.  It is not my knee and it is not my arthritis.  This is its very own specific pain - maybe shin splints?  But I haven't been doing any activity!!!!!

It started when I was walking through the Tokyo airport.  And now...it is just very painful.
I'm seeing my physio tomorrow who can hopefully help me.  My leg is radiating pain.  It is terrible.
