I really did my ankles on Thursday. The peroneal tendonitis was back. LOOK! It literally looks like I have a golf ball in my ankle I am so swollen. My whole let is swollen but particularly my ankle. Difficult to walk this week, let alone run.
But I am thankful that I am getting better at controlling this. And that my ankle only does this occassionally. So thanks ankles.
Now, I get on a plane for Tokyo tonight - I hope my body holds out.
