Sunday Weigh In

How can I explain what is happening?  It is really weird.  I am eating like crazy.  Not paying attenting to anything and due to my knee, I've stopped my running.  Up abit this week but I'll take it.

I need to stop this nonsense, though.  I know these habits will catch up with me shortly.
This week:
 - Track every day.  (I have tracked 2 days in a row now.)  Is anyone else using LoseIt! ?
 - I have a mtg with the Half Size Me lady.  Maybe I can get some coaching?  That is on Thursday.
 - I am back on my running program - 2 times this week.
