new chart for the weight coach

I can't keep track of my goals so I have made a new chart for the bathroom.
The goals are:
 - 20 minute walk every day
 - no Uber Eats (allowed once a week)

But I am traveling and going all over so I need to keep better track.  Lets see what the chart looks like in a few weeks. :)
