Welcome back to Utah or how I cracked myself up this morning

Coming back here for four weeks has really brought back a lot of memories of my first time here. This is a significant investment in my health.  And, I haven't been back here in July for 6 or 7 years. I forgot how crazy hot it is.  CRAZY. So the day starts a lot earlier than in the winter.



So, I decided to go back and read my first thoughts on camp from 8 years ago.  Fun times.

DAY 1 - Have found hell...
and it is in Irvins Utah.

For those tracking at home and wanting to give it a go -

6:15 hike for three hours
9:30 breakfast
10:15 stretch or interval training or weight counseling
11:15 stretch or interval training or water aerobics
12:25 lunch
1:15 lecture
2:15 quick circuit
2:30 water intervals
3:30 circuit training
4:30 core training
5:45 dinner
6:15 lecture

Not too much has changed.  Here is today's schedule:



I have never taken the hip hop class here so that should be a fun hour.  Neither tabata or mobility sounds like a fun option.
