Everyone always wants to know about the food so I am going to post a lot of pictures. Breakfast always starts off with a small bit of fruit (today it was berries) with a protein and a carb. I always have the peanut butter, chocolate protein smoothie with a side of egg.
I believe the scrambled eggs here are 2 whites to 1 whole. So a half cup of eggs only has about 50 calories (or less?). I'll find out.
And guess what? They have added Apple Cider Vinegar to the table! I did talk to them about this in January and they mentioned they were considering adding it in. So, I added the ACV to my morning water with berries. Easy!
Lunch was chicken salad sandwich and roasted red pepper soup.
Dinner was pork chop with cauliflower mash.
Dessert.....YUM!!!!! S'more!!!!
