The most complex, messy smoothie

The nutritionist at fat camp gave us this recipe and I have been dying to try because it is SO PACKED with vitamins it is crazy.  And while it is fruit packed, it is also full of spinach/kale - whatever green you want.

But if you LOVE vanilla/pineapple/mango type smoothie it is really good and 700-900 of your daily vitamins!!


1 - fill the blender up with spinach - an entire bag!  Add two cups of water and get the spinach really smooth so that it is a green smoothie but with none of the stringy stuff.



2 - Add a banana, an orange, a bit of fat (I did 1/2 avo), 1 scoop plant based organic vanilla flavored protein powder.

 3 - Fill to the top with frozen tropical fruit like pineapple and mango.



It looks like it will be a green smoothie with a veggie taste but it tasted like vanilla and fruit.
I drank about half the blender and put the rest in the fridge.  It is suppose to last up to three days.

It was a mess but if it keeps me healthy - all is forgiven. :)
