Monday Motivation

What is not to love about Mohammad Ali?  LOVE!
This is a great reminder that I need to start exercising.  My goal this week is:
1 - talk to Anita about getting back in the gym
2 - start running.  I think I will walk with a 10 steps of running every song.  That can't kill my knees...can it?
