Sunday Weigh In

After a week of ups and downs and a big day at the races, I have weighed in at 253.8 again.  I'll take it.  I am excited to be giving myself the opportunity for a healthy week!

I know I need to concentrate on my health more during the week instead of just on the weekends.

This is something I no I can do even with my schedule.
Right now I do a 20 minute walk with the puppy two times a day.
I need to add a 5 minute workout to that everyday.  I have to start somewhere.
