The definition of insanity is "Insanity, craziness, or madness is a spectrum of behaviors characterized by certain abnormal mental or behavioral patterns." And I have come to realise that this i exactly what my behavior is - a set of behavioral patterns that cause madness.
This morning's weigh in is 254.6. A type of sadness is hovering over me. I really hate it.
So, what am I going to do about it? I am only going to think about one meal at a time, one day at a time.
My next 24 goals are:
1 - eat a healthy dinner tonight
2 - drink at least two glasses of water
3 - get 8 hours of sleep
4 - WALK TO WORK and the GYM
I can do this one of two ways.
- go to gym downstairs and do my weights, shower, walk to work OR
- walk to CBD gym, do weights, shower there and go to work
5 - eat three sensible meals tomorrow
Those are my goals for the next 24 hours.
