Strategies

One of the many programs I am following is giving me a 30 day kick start.  Here is a list of the things they want us to concentrate on.  I am willing to give it a go.

- OPTIMIZE YOUR FEEDING AND FASTING WINDOW
- CONSUME CALORIES TOWARDS THE BEGINNING AND MIDDLE OF DAY
- HAVE A CONSISTENT MEAL TIME
- LESS SNACKING
- UP YOUR WATER INTAKE!!!!!!!  (I'M TRYING!!!!!!!!)
- STOP THE PROCESSED FOODS
- EAT DAILY CONSISTING SOLELY OF UNREFINED WHOLE FOODS
