I will keep joining until something works! I just bought "Walk for Weight Loss" from the itunes store on my iphone. If anyone else is on it, let me know so we can "friend". I am hoping that by adding more speed intervals that it will up my progress. According to the program, if you are a beginner (which I am saying I am) I need to walk 7 days a week. You get to drop to 5 days a week when you actually need a rest. This is 15-60 minutes/day. Let's go!
